No structure No management No support No training They are doing layoffs and calling it “termination due to performance” when I was only working here for a couple of months. There’s no goals, no metrics to achieve, and nobody was telling me how I was doing or how I could improve. No PIP either. They will BLINDSIDE you. If you don’t have at least 15 years of experience where you can immediately bring a book of business over, this is not the place for you. Don’t leave your current company for this one - if you’re not billing immediately they will most likely fire you. I felt extremely lost here and it wasn’t what I expected at all. Management was awful. This was the strangest company and I regret coming here. It was a huge setback in my career. The interview process is extremely misleading as well. Just don’t do it!

- Insurance Deactivated due to unpaid bills, communicated awfully to employees - Set goals for KPIs and insisted that they would help anyone meeting those which was a lie - Actively tried to get people to "Resign" instead of laying them off so that they wouldn't be responsible for unemployment - Definitely matted which team you got on as to whether or not you would be successful. Some Managers had no qualification to manage others and it showed. - So many other things that still rub me the wrong way, bottom line is that this is not a good place to work
