      Pros

      Free Fridays were great, flexibility to get your job done was awesome and so were the other teammates.

      Cons

      No CRM, they also sell a dream of national recruiting but they don't tell you that if someone else added a client to their sequence you cannot pull role. They also took away all the benefits that I feel attracted the talent from other firms.

      paid health benefits if you are on a hot streak and bill, you can make a lot of money quarterly events are amazing and fun swag

      Cons

      0 Maternity / Paternity Leave... which is pretty wild for a woman owned business. You get 10k which ends up being about a month of pay after taxes... aka 4 weeks maternity leave. No 401k match They keep hiring people and there already is SO much internal competition. People are all fighting for the same clients which honestly is a bad look to the clients... 2 weeks and then another recruiter can reach out. Thats why the google reviews are so bad is because we hound.
