Pros

Software: Zoom Info Remote: Fexible Remote Working Ability

Cons

They promote ghost job/fake job posting for pipeline database building, resulting in a poor candidate job seeker experience from a public perspective. 1 out of 10 jobs posted may actually be a urgent role, the rest we are actually told to keep posting to build the database.. (hmmm.) Owner banters and promotes, kindness and respect. It is far from that if you pee back the onion. From people being fired with no warning, no reason, via email, to clients being bombarded and initiated by internal recruiters stepping over each other email spamming them for business, to candidates being ghosted or applying to fake pipeline jobs, along with internal recruiters fighting or (calling/texting/emailing) the same candidates daily to selfishly gain credit to place them, it at most times is a circus show to put it nicely. They talk down on companies like RHI, yet bring the same bad habits and greed over to this workplace, by way of "every man for themselves", mentality, it's quite contradictory and hypocritical. Any review worthy of a 5 star on Google or GD is more than likely a internal employee pushed via countless emails from the CEO to leave a 5 star rating. However the real 5 star ratings should be coming from client and candidate experience and it's far from that, with most a 1 to 3 star rating at best. They spend all this money on bougie parties and flashy materialistic items, when they should pour more money back into their staff and teams for additional support, advice, or training. Most people don't care about a monthly gift closer basket they would rather have earned it from money or commissions, but the fakeness is really high here, so they play the game and boast about it on LinkedIn. From the outside looking in, it truly looks like a selfish act on social media, versus posting more about people they help, rather than themselves and their LV bags..

Pros

Autonomy Health Insurance(sometimes) PTO if you're a big biller

Cons

Working for Jobot was the lowest point of my entire career. Their business model involves reaching out to companies you don't know, lying about having a candidate for an open position, getting them to sign a contract, and sending resumes of candidates with whom you have no relationship, just to appease them until you actually find a real candidate for the role. They do not value relationships, and you’ll either become morally bankrupt or risk losing your job. Please think twice before leaving a long and successful career at another firm. This company does everything you've been taught not to do and they'll hold your feet to the fire to do the same. Don't risk ruining your reputation. I am so embarrassed to have the company listed on my resume.
