Pros
I have never been one to write reviews, yet alone when I'm only a few months into a new company. However I had to highlight the 3 C's that in my eyes are super important in ANY performance management company. From day one I knew the Culture was different, from my Manager, fellow peers, and entire support team. Jobot has a culture like no place else, even being remote the company has still found a way to keep its culture strong. Commission is huge for me, I wanted to be in a place where I could really control my earnings, and seeing how others have been able to take advantage of the luxury commissions offered is pretty incredible. It motivates me that I can do the same. Last but not least, our CEO. Heidi is one of a kind, and everything I explained that is great about working here starts from the top. Even before starting, what company has a CEO who calls you to talk about why Jobot is a good place to work and answer your questions? Something that she doesn't have to do, but WANTS & CHOOSES to do.
Cons
You get paid on performance, and even though metrics are in place for you to succeed here, at the end of the day your job, goal, mission, is to make great placements with amazing candidates & clients. Productivity is good, but progress plays a greater role here.
