      Where to begin? We are given every opportunity to succeed with our incredible technology investments and industry leading ATS system. We are rewarded for all of our efforts and reminded constantly that we are apart of the Jobot family. The leadership is positive, empathetic and proactive.

      Jobot offers an unparalleled opportunity for experienced recruiters including the best possible tools in the industry, the most generous compensation package and by far the best possible culture you could ever possibly imagine, no matter who you are!

      Pros

      Invested in those who work here. Provide the resources to make you successful. They listen to your feedback and make improvements fairly quickly. Amazing culture. Positive, helpful, driven, high performers. Love getting gifts and i've recieved more gifts from Jobot in the past 5 months working here than the past 5 years working at my last employer. They appreciate and recognize their employees. Every other friday is a free friday. Every other tuesday is optional trivia night. Random games from Heidi to win all kinds of prizes during the week. Giveaways, etc. Ya, I love working here.

      Nothing so far. It's been a very positive experience since working here.
