      Pros

      This company has renewed my faith in external firms. The diamond level benefits, unmatched pay structure, and unlimited PTO is the best in the industry. We have every other Friday off, which gives us the time we need to spend with family and friends. Did I mention profit-sharing?.....

      Cons

      None! The company has grown leaps and bounds since I joined. I definitely made the right choice making the move.

      Pros

      - Heidi - The Culture - The Management team - The Support team - The Brand - The Technology - The ad response! - Free Fridays! This list could go on and on. Jobot is extraordinary in every single way and every week is another exciting surprise. Everything that Heidi does for the company is best-of-the-best. It's especially eye opening when you're used to cut backs & penny pinching elsewhere. It's incredible to think that this is still a startup company that hasn't been in business that long. If you're considering a change or working in recruiting, you should be fighting your hardest to find a way into this company.
