      Proven leadership that actually cares about each and every employee, along with each and every Client and Candidate! It is all about relationships and providing a leading edge solution. Great Recruiters come to Jobot to take their practice to the next level! Also, the benefits are awesome! Much better than some of the biggest companies out there.

      Pros

      Have fun at work again! You feel like you are a part of something bigger even though we are a startup. Your input is acknowledged and valued. PLUS every other Friday off is HUGE if you are a working mom, such as myself. Great benefits as well.

      Cons

      No con yet. Being that we are a startup, there is constant evolving to better ourselves. As long as we have great communication and stay organized, we will conquer anything.
