      Pros

      They gave out bonuses in cash, crazy trips, but when the money ran out that all stopped

      Cons

      Ego driven, inconsistent management, there are some good producers and teams but if you get put into the wrong group your life is miserable. A lot of smoke and mirrors. Some of the people still there are lower than low, they protect scum and I’m glad I left because despite making great money, it wasn’t worth selling my soul to stay.

      Pros

      Nothing- other companies have a lot better perks and pay. They will incite you with a large draw (which they lower significantly later on).

      Cons

      No trips, pyramid scheme, bonuses never paid out, benefits lapse because they forget to pay

      You’re basically an independent contractor expected to continuously exceed your previous marks. Don’t expect assistance from anyone. Success is on yourself. No training

      Cons

      No training. No guidance. No base pay. Base against draw, can essentially keep you from making any commissions.
