Pros

Tons of freedom, great pay and amazing co-workers. It’s tough work but those who do it well can earn amazing incomes.

Cons

At times felt like a number. I’m old school and like to have occasional access to work in office bs remote 100%.

Pros

Jobot offers agency recruiters and account executives the best opportunity in the industry to elevate your career and earnings. Between our proprietary database and paid resources, you have every tool necessary to be successful. Outside of the tools, there is a great culture, excellent compensation and benefits, unlimited PTO, every other Friday off, fun events, and the list goes on. Everyone here is treated like they matter and are much more than just a number. I've been here for several years and have seen many come and go. Those who are successful are self-starters, adaptable, and willing to put in the extra effort to get their desk in a good place. Nothing comes easy in staffing and sales, so if you do not work hard, you will not make it. Yes, we have unlimited PTO and free Friday's, but at the end of the day, you are in a production role, and some people don't realize that and then complain about not being successful or being let go. You get out what you put in, and those perks are there for those who have established themselves in my opinion.

Cons

- Over hired with very few limitations on who managers were allowed to bring on. - Saturated some industries for business development by over hiring - Lack of communication between management and talent acquisition

Pros

Off every other friday Free medical dental vision insurance (when the CEO remembers to pay the premiums) 40% commission against your draw Fully remote No micromanagement Free reign to work in any industry and target any geographical location Free resources (LinkedIn premium, zoominfo, AI powered ATS)

Cons

Draw based model is extremely hard to get above so you feel like you don’t truly make commissions The CEO is irresponsible when it comes to spending money (to a point that the Manager override bonuses and individual quarterly bonuses have not been paid out in 5+ months) There is absolutely no transparency from the top down; the CEO for some reason thinks people know things but she never actually communicates any important updates and seems to demonstrate true avoidant behavior There is clear favoritism when it comes to anything important (who gets hired, fired, inherits team members, bonuses, invites to qualifying trips, etc) We have an internal TA team that hasn’t been permitted to hire for 5+ months all with job security CEO posts to social media as if nothing is wrong while some of us are actually hurting big time for money They recently took away every single perk that separated us from our competition (bitcoins, botbucks, quarterly qualifying events, limit on expenses for even the CEO club, etc)
