Everyone here is treated like they matter and are much more than just a number. I've been here for several years and have seen many come and go. Those who are successful are self-starters, adaptable, and willing to put in the extra effort to get their desk in a good place. Nothing comes easy in staffing and sales, so if you do not work hard, you will not make it. Yes, we have unlimited PTO and free Friday's, but at the end of the day, you are in a production role, and some people don't realize that and then complain about not being successful or being let go. You get out what you put in, and those perks are there for those who have established themselves in my opinion.
