Pros

Competitive pay, fully remote, gifts

Cons

Start up, metrics only achievable by top 10% in the company. No notice or conversation before termination, managers often split deals to pad numbers leading to weird dynamics.

Pros

-I see other reviews on here complaining. Look, it's recruiting, which is sales. You start from scratch building a book of business, it's going to be hard your first year. Put in the work and you'll bill. This is not for entry level recruiters. -Incredible benefits, we barely pay anything for insurance and it's 10x better than any other plan I've seen. -Flexible work hours, especially if you have kids. -Supportive managers and co-workers. I work on a team of 30 and EVERY SINGLE PERSON WILL HELP IF ASKED. I have had so many people reach out to me, to see how I'm doing ramping up, if I need help and to encourage me. Plus, my team has a blast on work chats throughout the work day. I thought culture would lack working from home, and it's actually better than my last in office role with another firm for over 6 years! -Fair compensation. Great base which helps while you ramp up, until you bonus. -Every other Friday off, plenty of holidays, unlimited PTO (within reason) and ability to work anywhere since you're remote. -No waste of time meetings. Once a week division updates which are quick and once a week quick team hot job reviews/ which are quick. So refreshing to not waste time on useless meetings/trainings for less tenured and inexperienced new staff. -HAHAHA, AND NO WE ARE NOT PAID TO POST ON SOCIAL MEDIA OR TO BUMP UP HEIDI'S IMAGE. She really is that genuine, which I think most people can't believe the owner of a company isn't a jerk. And people really do like working here because it's flexible, you're treated well and paid well. People who were fired that I've seen, didn't bill, didn't bring in any clients, had their candidates fall off their orders and were bad with clients, truly just not good at their jobs here.

Cons

-As other reviews have mentioned, they did have an issue with the health insurance lapsing, not due to lack of money, but due to lack of back office/accounting support. They have hired a CFO, a HR Manager and several more in accounting and other areas. I have full confidence that this won't be an issue going forward. No one I know who has been here over 4 years has not ever gotten paid or not ever gotten a commission check. And this is the only big issue that they've seen. I don't think people would stay here 4+ years if there were major issues. -You need to be a self starter and ask for help proactively. The help is there if you need it. This is not a job for someone who needs daily check-ins, board meetings, weekly reviews etc. Put on your big girl/boy pants and just do what you are experienced at and you'll be fine. -I do agree they should put a pause in hiring recruiters due to internal competition, but we can source across the U.S., and there is plenty of external competition to take and plenty of opportunities in any vertical to go after.
