Again, my honest opinion: -Limited training, it’s not a bad thing if you’re a self starter but if you’re expecting some soft launch into recruiting with a cushy ramp up time, this isn’t for you -Back office support has lacked at times but Jobot has made key hires to address this which has all been due to FAST growth -Competition in industries that would benefit from more expert focus in certain verticals *I’m adding this in the Cons but I’d classify this more as a realistic challenge: it’s a competitive environment. Growth has been fast so expecting things to be perfectly in place in a 5 year start up that’s exploded is unrealistic - if you are a hard worker who is committed to success and doesn’t make excuses, strap in on the rocket ship. If not, that’s ok too this just might not be the company for you.
