I quit Jobot a few months ago and I highly suggest you do not work for the finance team at Jobot. Their management does not know how to manage a team. They degrade you and make you feel like you know nothing. The CEO does not care about her admin team but only the sales team who “makes the money” the culture is only good for the sales team. You see on LinkedIn the people posting all the time of how much they love Jobot but you don’t see the admin team doing that. They do not live up to the “family” culture they promote. I was working 12 to 16 hours a day and the only reason I stayed was because I was getting paid well. I didn’t have a life, I couldn’t cook any meals because I had no time, and I wasn’t even allowed to use my vacation days because they needed me to work so badly. Once we hired a few more team members I thought things would get easier but it got worse. There were more expectations and I was already exhausted. Oh and our contract says you get the week off for Christmas but may have to work one day, well some people on my team worked the whole week. Where is HR when you needed them? No where because their “HR” team is non existent. I will never work for this company again. Thankfully now I have a great job with a supportive boss and a great work life balance. If you want a life stay away from the finance team.
