Pros

Autonomy and flexibility. Team is helpful for information and tips but not so helpful with collaboration on open job orders.

Cons

No formal training on software. Manager is hardly available to answer questions needed right away. If you're successful, everyone is your best friend. However, if you're not, then you're a ghost.

They get a lot of awards that will basically mean nothing to you

If you are familiar with CyberCoders, welcome to Jobot. Bots, lazy employees, or both reach out about positions and then never follow back up with you, answer your emails, your calls, but then weeks later as a "courtesy" they will tell you the role is filled...if they even do that. This is a pure clown show, if you are a candidate don't waste your time, you could be doing other things like watching paint dry, grass grow, or other more uplifting activities. Dont waste your time or work with these scammers.

Management lies to employees, recently tried to sneak a non compete into our employment agreement after selling us on never having a non compete for 5 years.
