Pros
The people are amazing, the opportunities are endless and there is zero favoritism that happens here. Every single person is treated and paid equally based on performance. You have support from so many leaders and it is up to you to reach out to ask for support when you need it. Your performance and income is based off results and not off your activity. You feel appreciated as an employee and Heidi is very involved with the company and leads with selflessness and kindness.
Cons
The only con would be that you need to be very self motivated because nobody is going to micromanage you. You need to self-manage your results and reach out for support when you need it!
