      *Amazing in-person events on a regular basis *Great compensation with unlimited earning potential *Healthcare benefits are almost completely free to employees, with a very low deductible *Culture is unmatched with leadership promoting kindness and respect from the top down *Work with experienced recruiters who are some of the very best in the industry - so ample room for learning and growth *9/80 schedule with Free Fridays every other week

      Cons

      *Still working on building their candidate pool and tools in their proprietary ATS since it is a newer company - but honestly, it's already pretty comprehensive :)

Freedom to work on anything, anywhere and deliver quality candidates to any client we work with lightning fast 4. Working with a CEO (Heidi) who cares and truly puts people over profit 5. JOBOT allows everyone the ability to grow and rewards the work we do constantly 6. Having a chance to work with the best of the best recruiters and learn from those people is PRICELESS 7. No Micro-Management and working with leaders who truly partner with their team members to help them get better, develop their skills and are ready to roll their sleeves up and assist in any way possible 8. Compensation, bonuses, benefits and the work/life balance are unmatched by any company I have ever seen!

      Cons

      Honestly, there is no CONS that I can think of! Just light growing pains as we continue to expand rapidly as you see with any start up. Even with that being said, JOBOT has maintained and will continue to maintain our incredible culture and that is because we have leaders who care.
