Pros

I liked the people I worked with, the resources were good, great internal ATS.

Cons

I did there suggested "Process" and it did not work for me, I was let go as a result, made placements but not enough. I stuck to their process never losing faith and just didn't work. When my ship was sinking I didn't feel like I had much assistance which raised anxiety to high point. No PIP or any notice they are giving up on you. I recall others who hadn't brought in close to what I did still working there for months and months, felt random which was far from what I was sold in the interview process. I do feel I could have been sucessful there given more time.
