Pros

•Every other Friday off •Work/life balance •No micromanagement

Cons

•There are favorites within the company. •Pay cuts with no warning or explanation. •They’ll fire a ton of people but wont call it a layoff. Claiming they “hired too many people” and “spent more than the company made” •Things that are out of your control will be taken out of your pay. •CEO is financially irresponsible. The company is hemorrhaging money. •Your activity will not matter even when they say you won’t get let go if your activity is high.

Downhill Fast

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Good Benefits, Remote Work, Flexible Schedule

Cons

I have worked here for 4 years and the company has went downhill fast. They over hired without any type of plans in place. People are fighting over clients and candidates. There are no real rules in place. Everyone is on a Draw Comp and only worried about themselves, waiting to be fired. Encouraged to post on Social Media so people think everything is great but internally it is not.

False Promises

Pros

Salary but is actually a draw Every other Friday off, but still expected to work. Unlimited PTO, but still expected to work. I haven't taken a vacation in the years I have been here, and still I am working on the holidays.

Cons

Company and CEO will make promises only to break them. Have not been paid my bonus for months now. Have not been paid my overrides for months now. Talent acquisition team is overpaid and overhired. They are letting people go but not any of the TA team. Accounting team is all new folks who don't know crap. The last controller when I started in 2021 was very competant and responsive. Now, any question I have goes unanswered. IT team is overburdened, and I have not been able to replace my equipment because the company has no money. CEO exhibits avoidant behavior, a stark difference from when I started. Makes excuses for everything, never blames herself.
