Pros

* healthcare coverage * fully remote

Cons

How much they care about our social media image is honestly embarrassing. The company played an April fools joke on LinkedIn where everyone in leadership positions made their job statues "Open to Work". In what world is that funny? Shows how out of touch with reality everyone here is. This company pulled many recruiters from their established desks at other agencies only to lay them off months later because this company has failed to manage their money responsibly. Compensation is also a draw but they pitch the comp as "base on commission".

Pros

-compensation and benefits are amazing - if you have 10+ years experience in the industry this is a great place for you. If you have access to bring your book of business with you.. this is a great place for you. - if you’re green, under ten years experience, have a non compete, can’t bring any previous clients with you… you will struggle. Having that said I have also seen million dollar billers with 20+ years experience completely struggle to bill 100k a quarter. - amazing schedule! Every other Friday off. - remote/ wfh - such a great opportunity to work from home. This option has made a huge impact on my mental health, cutting out a lengthy commute and getting more time with my significant other and kids. - Great, extravagant parties. Heidi puts a lot of thought and detail into every party she throws. Has a huge focus on kids, she has a golden heart.

Cons

-the more exposure the company gets the less sparkle remains. The company used to stand out because they were focused on all around culture, a company that cared about your family and you. Now that they have hired at such a high rate, it has made success harder to obtain, and if you aren’t as successful right away, you’re threatened to be put out and verbally given the reasoning that “everyone wants to work here, we’re hiring industry rockstars.” Which goes against the grain of what the company is thought to stand for- support. Treating you as you’re more than just a number. Great company but they seem to be evolving in a way that makes them just like the rest. - PTO is offered as “unlimited” but if you’re not billing $100k a quarter , it is frowned upon to even take a sick day.

Pros

Good base salary though it was 100% draw - this was not explained in the interview process, and the offer letter listed it as a "base salary" Great benefits Good tech and hardware Easy onboarding

Cons

Internal recruiters stealing away clients Internal recruiters stealing away candidates No communication from upper management Was told I was going to be able to do healthcare contracting, this was not an option once I was hired Management would call and tell me to put a deal through every other Thursday to avoid being one of the many that are fired every other Friday, even if the deal was not 100% signed Accounting was off on deals once we were paid by the client, had to basically run your own company while giving 60% of your payment to the company
