      Pros

      The company started with a mission to help job seekers, a demographic that's neglected from a tools perspective. Jobscan dedicates itself to build the best tools for them. The culture is also very open and inclusive. Awesome office space and a great place to work for!

      Cons

      Management has high bars but it also keeps everyone to learn continuously.
