Pros

I'm seeking other employment opportunities. Discounts on company food are good and obviously depending on where you work you could have some good coworkers here, but you won't have a good manager.

Cons

Scheduling consistency is the worst I've experienced. Upper management are the types to walk into a store for the first time change the way everything is set up and done and then leave the place in a worse place than they found it. Also, when I reached out to their HR about some health concerns about lack of adherence to food prep safety, they gaslighted me for it. On top of the upper management being an old boys club, the company culture is very gossipy and toxic.
