- The work itself is okay - Decent place to learn about corporate business - Promotional opportunities

Cons

- Not a good job for students or people that need to make ends meet outside of their career - Extreme amounts of unwarranted stress and pressure - Low employee morale - Blatant neglect from higher management - Payment is not sustainable even at full time - Taking a sick day requires the employee to find a replacement for their shift, which is not guaranteed. - Unrealistic standards and expectations - On-the-job training is lacking - Miscommunication is common - Contradictory information is common - Understaffed for a majority of the time I worked there - I left this job with higher blood pressure and health issues. It does not need to be this way
