Met some cool people and the tips were pretty good

About a month into my employment (going well) I got a call from corporate HR asking if I knew about the 30 day probationary period for new hires (I did not) and if I knew that I wasn't allowed to take vacation time off with under 2 months notice. I had submitted my time off when my manager asked for our schedule 2 months in advance but since my vacation time started a few days before the 2 month mark, I was immediately terminated from the position, no questions asked. There was no communication from my managers and I was not told by any management that this was a fireable offense. Extremely disappointing and horrible communication. Wasted a lot of my time.

The only pro is meeting the people and providing a high level of customer services.

Cons

Not providing the proper care for the IT TECHNICIAN and not understanding me at all. I always have completed my work on time even hardware & software so I could make the stores run smoothly. But the senior facilities manager in facilities didn't act professional at all and didn't have a care in the world what was going on. Everything was scenario based and massing with me like go out their and do anything. TO THE TEAM WHOS READING THIS THATS NOT HOW TECHNOLOGY RUNS AND WORKS. I got 2-3 years of experiences and I could make Joes and the juices run efficiently and better what you talking about.
