Horrible place to work, terrible management and leadership.

Pros

The pros to working here are the people, they are very loyal, dedicated, willing to work hard, and help out as needed.

Cons

While the products are great, they are overpriced compared to competition. With moving the production from Stevens Point to Mexico, quality has taken a turn for the worst. With moving production to Mexico, this did not reflect in pricing, it only helped the bottom line and healthier EBITA. Managment does not appear to have a clear direction or focus. Employees have been asked to change their focus and direction pretty much year after year. Also it's rather apparent they are looking to cut compensation across the board.

Pros

Company continually makes absurd comments leading to LOTS of overtime.

Cons

Continies to make promises it can not and will not keep to both employees and customers. Absolutely everything is an emergency except for anything an employee needs or wants. The term to many cheifs and not enough indians definitely applies here.

Pros

There are no pros to working here. The employees are kept in a constant fear of losing their jobs and they would be right. Most people hired from entry level to Senior Management won't make it 3 years, even if you are relocated for the job.

Cons

If you love constant fear, watching your friends disappear, not having one ounce of support for anything you do, being unappreciated, belittled, ridiculed, lied to your face by management, being turned against your co-workers and living in constant life altering change then this is the company for you!
