      Leadership comes off as not caring about employees and it has been brought up and they don't seem to care that employees are upset. Lately everything is about metrics, but some aspects of a job can't be recorded through metrics. Feel like I need to document my time and what I am doing to explain if metrics end up lower for any reason.
