Company is growing rapidly across the globe, but still retains a close-knit feel. You will have many opportunities to learn and expand your knowledge of supply chain and business. The company culture is welcoming, helpful, team-oriented and fun.

Cons

More a caveat - this is a fast-moving culture and you must be prepared to adapt.

JG offers all the support you need to be successful and grow your career. The team is passionate about delivering the best possible product and it is very satisfying to be selling a product that you can see makes a real difference for the customers!

Pros

John Galt is a great place to work and have really enjoyed my time with the company. Many companies talk about helping employees grow but that's just it, talk. Here you experience growth - personally and professionally. There is also a true understanding of work/life balance, something you don't find elsewhere. Again, many companies talk about it, here they live it. Work hard, play hard!

Cons

This is a fast growing company and you may have several projects to handle at the same time. This is really a con just for those that like to only do the same thing, day in and day out.
