      Pros

      Great place to work- They really treat patients well and are about customer care- so I felt supported because i had what I needed to take care of my patients. If I or a loved one were unwell I'd waant to go to JMH. They have a low turn over which speaks generally to people liking to work here.

      Cons

      If career advancement is important to you, you might be a bit dissapointed- They do succession planning and they mostly choose people who started intheir New Grad program or people whove been there 15 years +- Which is great for the company but not so great for the RN trying to grow into different leadership roles etc. Pay rates are not as competitive as other organizations within the Bay Area- (Kaiser, Sutter, UCSF, Stanford etc).
