      - Reasonable pay (though not highest for the area) - Generally accomodating to their staff - Very nice facilities and generally up to date equipment

      Cons

      - You need to create your own opportunities to grow (not much assistance offered) - Not great about taking feedback or suggestions from frontline RNs - Don't seem to prioritize preventing burnout or employee retention

      Pros

      Great coworkers and great work environment among nurses and staff on the floor.

      Cons

      Unsafe assignments for patients and staff, rules are fractured to serve managers and their friends, and overall wholly inappropriate behaviors by management. Bullying from the top down is rampant and employee morale is at an all time low.

      Wonderful hospital

      Pros

      This is a wonderful hospital. Lots of resources for me. There are a number of educators all over the hospital. Our leadership is great and really has our backs. Everyone helps one another out even if we are in different specialties.

      Cons

      As an educator I belong to two departments. Learning and Development and the unit that I serve. It is hard sometimes when one director's ideas of what what you do is not aligned with the job you were hired for. And it is difficult when the department you actually belong does not understand your specialty.
