Pros
Good benefits, higher pay compared to other corporations.
Cons
The job is dominated by a lot of employees whose been there 10+ years and they tend to not do a lot of work and dump work to newer worker. Because of high management turnover and the fact that new managements need these older workers, they dominate the department and make it unpleasant working situation for new workers.
