Pros

Helping people get their insurances, payments and trading sorted out and knowing were taking care of them was absolutely the best part of the job.

Cons

Multiple bosses too occupied with other things to take care of inter-office concerns degrades the work environment tremendously. Being forced to cut back multiple projects obit causes more stress than is needed for the given already-stressful hospital environment.

Dedictated staff, Co workers who still care about patient care.

Cons

Weak managers and supervisors. Favoritism, Ineffective Press Ganey Survey because management does not care.

Pros

Great pay, benefits and everyone valued a team attitude. John Muir was a great place to work, team members always worked together, creating a pleasant environment.

Cons

There was not many cons during my time at John Muir, long hours and hard work was expected. However, the pay and benefits and overtime made up for these 'cons'. All in all, it was a pleasant place to work.
