We thank you for taking the time to share your feedback as a current employee in our ITS Department. As you know, ITS has undergone a significant restructuring that is intended to position the department to better support internal customers and our patients. Part of this restructuring was to maintain as many current jobs as possible and ensure that the people in those positions are focused on the most mission-critical projects. We value the work of our IT employees and continue to look for ways to invest in their growth and success. John Muir Health provides many avenues for which to share your thoughts and opinions, in a positive, thoughtful and communicative approach. We encourage you to take advantage of our “Open Door” Policy, where we warmly welcome the opportunity to speak with employees who have concerns. The Employee Engagement Survey is another resource in which you may consider participating in, to share your thoughts and opinions. Additionally, our Intranet houses a page, “Road to Higher Reliability”, where you are encouraged to email designated individuals, and share your thoughts or suggestions with leadership. Another avenue to consider is speaking with your direct supervisor, or reaching out to Human Resources if you wish.
