Lack of leadership and obvious favoritism. Some managers are using their influences in manipulating workers. It's not what you know...it is who you know. Too much workload, less pay.

Nice people - non-management employees and hospital folks were great to work with Good benefits for management - pay is above market but the real bucks start at Director level Big, slow organization - no innovation, infrastructure is from 1990s

Cons

Accountability is not important Senior leadership lacks controls over e-business Directors; high turnover rates in department Big, slow organization - used paper time sheets and manual reviews up to 2012, for 6500 employees.

Cons

Walnut Creek and surrounding areas are expensive to live mainly due to high cost of real estate. Administration is too diffuse and recognition for good work is slow.
