While I interviewed with about 15 people, including a trip to headquarters in Denver, the process was well managed and efficient. The process allowed myself and JM to determine a good fit. I had all the appropriate equipment and security access I needed to do my job on day 1.

- Good communication throughout process - Not extended over many weeks, got back to me a few days after each interview - Flew out for final interview, got to see the headquarters and meet team in person

Cons

- some miscommunication with the hotel expense, but that was quickly resolved
