Cons

It takes a good 6 months of experience, even with 25 plus years of previous driving experience to get good and comfortable with this job.

It's a job and they give a paycheck.

Cons

They don't promote from within, they go outside the company. They like to hire from Michigan State University. Leadership is weak. They don't care about you as a person or employee. I have seen good employees with 40yrs experience let go because they know more than their leader and the leader did not like that.
