      Pros

      Group of good people supporting great products and helping industry build better environments for living, working, playing. It has a name that people know and respected products that make some aspects of your job easier.

      Cons

      They have a number of products that are large volume items and help sell other items. Like many large companies this situations can put some great profitable products with smaller volumes at an internal disadvantage for resources.

      Politics reigns supreme, old school technology, extremely conservative culture

      Pros

      Good benefits package with generous consideration when ill and family affairs require working from home.

      Cons

      Like working in a company from the 50's. Boys club all the way. Politics drive promotions. Good employees with strong skills who actively push for improvements and change are soon driven out of the company. Morale is in the gutter. Very little understanding of leading technologies.
