Decent atmosphere Good people to work with ( a little high schoolish )

During the switch to formaldehyde free the management made a lot of mistakes and the majority of the product manufactured wasn't fit for market. Who paid the price? Certainly not management, they went on a firing spree to cut costs. A lot of guys ended up looking for work because management couldn't accept responsibility for their poor planning.
