      Pros

      The compensation package is fair. The employees are without a doubt the most experienced and professional in the industry today. The potential for the future is tremendous. The products in the marketplace are the best available.

      Cons

      Lack of respect from management. Lack of communication. Many ethical discrepancies. The best person for the job is not always the person who gets the job. Even though I'm a Union member, I feel that the Union contributes to many of the problems that plague the company. I see what's happened with the automakers and see distinct parallels between their situation and the potential future of this company if issues aren't addressed soon.

      1) Location....Denver is a great place to live 2) Company makes good products 3) decent pay and bonus potential in good times 4) bright, passionate employees in middle management and below 5) people work hard but do maintain a balance

      Cons

      1) complete takeover of top management positions by ex-GE, Honeywell, Allied Signal employees which put a hold on internal advancement....believe that is changing 2) markets they compete in are heavily dependent upon the housing market, which is in dire straights 3) everyone is currently stretched pretty thin due to downsizing and turnover
