      good pay with flexible swingshift schedule if you dont mind that ..2 weekends off per month and days off during the week ..no one stands over you to make sure you are doing your job .depending on where you are working at you can take break when you want and dont have to rely on a relief person ..

      Cons

      working in fiberlgass is not pleasant and some days/nights can be worse than others ..it can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter depending on work location .
