      Pros

      Great healthcare/wellness program for a younger healthy person. Great coworkers/team. Incredible focus on safety. Pride in workplace. Leadership with vision. Willing to invest resources in developing personnel. Transparency.

      Cons

      Specific plant felt like a stepping stone within corporate management ladder. Being around fiberglass and sand particulates is probably not the best for long term health.

      Pros

      The pay and the incentive programs for bonus money.

      Cons

      The plant in winder Ga has an issue with inclusion. They believe that if your of a certain demographic then your not qualified. When you challenge this therory the feel like you aren't part of making the plant better. Once they place a Target on you your best move is to resign because they will label you regardless of the work you do.

      Good insurance and 401k People on the floor work well together Safe environment

      Cons

      Clueless bean counters guiding management and they allow it Wont hire enough people to do the job A little overtime is nice but three years of it gets old. No family life. Management is dishonest and unprofessional
