      Pros

      Some coworkers are great. Benefits. The pay is fair but I don’t believe it’s competitive in the industry. The supervisors are fair as they can be.

      Cons

      Pay, management doe not care or is clueless. UAW protecting the useless lazy employees. HR is impossible. Payroll is messed up every week.

      1- The best chemistry you can find in a team compared to other companies. 2- Friendly and helpful colleagues. 3- Most talented engineers that you can find within the business. 4- Relatively good commission. 5- Flexible working hours (when applicable) 6- You will learn a lot.

      Cons

      1- Nepotism that is still destroying the company's environment and rapport. 2- Hiring the wrong people in management positions. 3- Low salaries unless you are within the management circle or you know someone in the management. 4- Slowest career path compared to other companies. 5- Huge salary gap between employees and management. 6- Worst HR team.

      - Decent Wage - Career advancement available if friends with right people

      Cons

      - High School culture that promotes making fun of employees not part of the "in" crowd - Veteran UAW employees "milk" company for 1000's of hours of unnecessary OT - Shift Union Reps basically determine who stays or who goes based on whether or not they like you which promotes other employees to blame each other for not hitting goal expectations
