      Just not a good fit

      Pros

      There is a lot of flexibility with your schedule and you get to meet a lot of different people. This role also came with a company car which helped me and my family out a lot.

      Cons

      A lot of extra hours without pay. I had also was in the hospital for a bit, and it wasn’t taken very kindly. I wish the work life balance of the culture there would change. Another issue is there is a mind set that letting people try to swim and drown in work is ok. Unfortunately, that didn’t sit well with me.

      Proper Tooling, Great Wages, Great Teammates

      Cons

      Upper managerment does not care about the service techs literally no training support or hours for training. They really only care about their metrics no employee retention at least at our office we have lost 19 techs over three years.

      Cons

      Extremely poorly run company at all C-Suite and middle management positions. Break out the bureaucratic red tape for all transactions.
