      Good exposure to Core development - Flexible work time - Good payment and employee benefits like medical insurance, bonus etc Good learning for freshers Excellent growth opportunities Good working culture

      Cons

      Large company, so not a lot of face time with the higher-ups. If you want to make a change, it first needs to go through the management channels, which takes a long time.
