      Salary, Work life balance, half decent benefits

      Cons

      Constantly changing for the sake of change sake. Not very progressive. Very much check the box management. Employee engagement almost non-existent but they seem to manipulate the annual survey to make it look better than it really is

      Pros

      Large company, well compensated for work we did.

      Cons

      Fired for being called to testify in court, after giving two weeks advanced notice, because it was within my 90 probation. Hr is a joke, management is terrible, no direction or consistency. One day this is okay, tomorrow it's not. Expected to learn every aspect of the job and all tolerances with minimal supervision in one week.

      Pros

      Great colleagues. Most managers support flexibility in terms of work location as long as you get your work done. There are definitely opportunities for career growth if you are inclined to seek them out.

      Cons

      Change and ambiguity are constant. Very little stability in organizational structure in the 4 years I've been here and people are tired. Decisions take a long time and bureaucracy weighs us down. Employee communications could be better.
