      So many changes this past year.....merged two business units into one last year

      Pros

      Compensation is good, and company expects a lot from their sales professionals.

      Cons

      Company has made many decisions to grow the business, but recently eliminated key professionals that were influential on growing the service industry. Recent re-organization has improved a lot of how we do business with our customers, however, I am concerned that they are products based, not long term service providers. Recent changes have actually diminished my commission structure to grow the service business.

      flexible hours, good management, gives you tools to succeed. paid training and great office space

      Cons

      the pay is not great, you work your butt off for not much return. very busy from the minute you walk in to the minute tou walk out
