      Pros

      The job opportunities are endless if you put in the work and know how to network.

      Cons

      Change, change, change, and then change it again. They don’t know how to allow perfectly good policies and procedures to take hold and create positive growth and consistency. The Ethics policy is just that …. a policy. It is apparently does not apply to upper management, who use only when it suits their needs.

      Great Benefits and pay. Many of the people are great and when ideas are implemented correctly, the company is successful.

      Cons

      Decisions are based solely on numbers and not practice application. People are a commodity.
