      Pros

      There are many great resources for employees to grow and learn The pay is fair, but not great. Good local mid-management who care about the staff.

      Cons

      There is a disconnect between the corporate management and local management. The company appears to be diversifying without the expertise in place.

      Pros

      flexible schedule, unlimited sick days (as long as you don't abuse it).

      Cons

      unless you have a masters oh PHD you won't be getting promoted anytime soon. No bonuses even though management gets them.

      Pros

      At a working level the people tend to want to work together and do their best.

      Cons

      Poor executive management that is interested in self preservation. Management believes most work can simply be outsourced to allow for short term solutions. Work/life balance is poor especially with the lack of recognition and rewards. Poor office environment that is noisy but management thinks is cool.
