Very disappointing place to work

Pros

Very few positive things there. Some of the employees are really nice and good to work with. Potential changes in management when ownership changes.

Cons

Terrible management. Toxic work environment. Management is some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. No work-life balance. Hopefully there will be a mass change of management with the change of ownership.

Good base pay for the industry, but the commissions are hard to track and are often clawed back.

Cons

Beware of claw backs. Management is more concerned with DEI and environmental sustainability than running a fire and life safety service company. For example, management prioritized completing a survey about how each person identifies over actually servicing customers that have contracted JCI to service their building.
