Pros

Benefits, Company car/reimbursement pkg, Adequate office setup. Reasonable about working from home when required or requested.

Cons

Salary below standard, quota expectations too high, not enough experienced support, pricing margins make them uncompetitive. The CRM requirements by mgmt are actually counter productive to a sales career, they seem to care more about touches/emails than sales call metrics. It has a sweat shop/bullpen atmosphere instaead of professional/quality company feel.
