      Pros

      Johnson Controls pays well, benefits are very good, educational opportunity and career growth

      Cons

      Employee engagement is weak, managers lack the ability to perform a deep dive into the branch problems, decisions are made from the gut and usually weak or have negative impact. Too much middle management and no support. If you lack a personal life this is a great place to work!

      Overall Fast, dynamic company in a huge and multi cultural environment. Lots of things to learn and meet people. A good place to learn alot and opportunity to transfer to other

      Too fast to change, no research in staff readiness.To go up the ladder needs superb networking. Quiet n Conscientious workers usually wld fall behind. High staff turnover with bad reputation in the local mkt.
