Johnson Controls is a wonderful comapny to work at. There ia alot to learn and alot of opportunity to learn. Thereis alot of growth opportunity as well. There is a great diversity culture here as well which makes anyone comfortable while working here. There is also good positive work environment all around. Last, very competitive wages in all the departments. Its a very fun and exciting work place, I would definetly encourage anyone to reach outto any recuiters and take a chance to work here at Johnson Controls.

Cons

There are not many cons that I can think of, besides the fact that there is just not enough workers to go around.

Pros

* Globally recognized brand. * Fast paced environment (might be cons, depends) I like it. * Colleagues often smarter and more hardworking than the rest of the job market.

Cons

* Salaries are not bad but Promotion options are somehow limited, management is rather monitoring headcounts than the real outcome. * Usually you need to wait until your often better paid and less working colleague leave just to take the promotion which may take many years.
