Insurance costs are about the best thing going for county employment anymore.

Cons

Leadership are incompetent, inexperienced, arrogant, small-minded, micromanaging nightmares. HR is toxic. The jobs and coworkers maybe great, but it is not worth dealing with leadership and HR.
